Please allow for enough time to arrange pre-authorization from your Doctor to enable us to obtain additional documents from your Medial Aid. Please take note that pre-authorizations can take up to 3 days (except for emergency procedures). It remains your responsibility to get all arrangements in place with your Medical Aid.
